I have completed my Ph.D. from The University of Cologne, Germany in 2024 under supervision of Prof. Dr. Daniel Wiesen (University of Cologne) and Prof. Dr. Lorenz Goette (The National University of Singapore). I have a Bachelor and Master's degree in Economics from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I also have an M.Sc. in Economic Research from the University of Cologne. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. My research interest are Applied Microeconomics, with a particular emphasis on development, behavioral and experimental economic perspectives. During my masters and Ph.D., I have gained my practical research experience as a Student Assistant (under Dr.Ingo Isphording) at the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA)- Bonn.
