I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. I completed my Ph.D. in 2024 from the University of Cologne, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Daniel Wiesen (University of Cologne) and Prof. Dr. Lorenz Goette (National University of Singapore). I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and an M.Sc. in Economic Research from the University of Cologne. My research interests lie in Applied Microeconomics, with a particular emphasis on development, behavioral, and experimental economics. During my Master's and Ph.D. studies, I gained practical research experience as a Student Assistant under Dr. Ingo Isphording at the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA), Bonn, Germany.
